Damage During Shipping:

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Installed, used, or special-order/custom items are non-returnable.

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
3. You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return Costs & Refunds:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are treated as a return and new purchase. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
