An order is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Installed or used items cannot be returned.
Special-order or custom items are final sale and non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
